Senator Leman, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Objections were heard, then withdrawn. Senators Miller, Lincoln, Adams, Leman, Torgerson, Ward, Hoffman, Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that they be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senators Miller, Lincoln, Adams, Leman, Torgerson, Ward, Hoffman, Parnell were required to vote. Senator Taylor gave notice of reconsideration.
